Emma is very conscientious, with great attention to detail and a real ability to manage a number of priorities simultaneously. Emma takes great trouble to get to know the deeper motivations for the tasks and activities she undertakes as a VA so she can add value by making some decisions for you and presenting options where appropriate to save your valuable grey matter. She is also very personable, is a pleasure to work with and can turn her hand to many different types of administration, compliance, sales and marketing tasks with equal effectiveness.

Emma did some stop gap work for me whilst I was backfilling with staff. Very impressive – love the way that she thinks outside the box and is really on the ball. Definitely would work with her again.

Emma is a hard working, capable worker who has shown her value to me through countless jobs. For just over half of 2012 Emma managed incoming changes to one of our especially large databases through our bespoke management system and has dealt with everything thrown at her, from web research work (completed to a fantastic standard) through to logical issue finding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma’s capacities to anyone.

I must add, I am forever thankful for her help with the office move, without her I would still be reconnecting phone lines, moving furniture and sorting out the recycling to this day! Emma turned around quite a considerable piece of work that for me was business critical within a short deadline. I have known Emma at Pepperpot for a long time since we worked together at Lancaster University and then at Bradford University. I brought Pepperpot PA on-board at Bradford University to assist in the running of the Knowledge Transfer Network events. As anticipated the services of Pepperpot were invaluable to us in organising events, managing customer relationships and the higher levels of bureaucracy in some of our programmes. Now Emma, often works on administration for Inside Stories my new business, helping me to streamline information and get documentation together in a timely and effective manner. She even manages to cope with me and that’s no mean feat. Emma is great at bringing people together, insightful and honest.
